Prepaid orders are shipped on the same day & delivered within 4 working days. It generally takes 3-6 working days to deliver the parcels. Metrocities take 1-3 days maximum.

Yes, you can choose to cancel your order if it is unshipped. We will initiate 100% refund of your money and a confirmation of the same will be sent to you via e-mail, though we would have loved to have added a new Gym Wear to your wardrobe. Please be apprised that the shipped orders are not eligible for cancellations as they are dispatched within 24 hours of the receipt of order.

We have made the return & exchanges simple. If you do not find the product worth the money or if wish to receive a refund, We can get the product replaced or refunded. We offer Free Size Exchange, want to change the product entirely ? You can choose store credits. 100% refund is done only in the form of store credit which can be used to shop in the future. Bank refunds incur a deduction of 160 Rs per product. Please note that we bear 2 way logistics cost & a lot of expenses including marketing cost to successfully deliver a single package to you. Any form of bank refunds is cost to our company.

Yes you can. At Rematch, we don't believe in making customers, but strengthening our #Rematch. We take stringent measures to deliver best experience to our customers globally, in the best possible condition but there's always a possibility that -

a. Item(s) may get damaged during transit; or
b. There may be a manufacturing defect which didn't get noticed during packing; or
c. A wrong item is shipped out to you by mistake.
d. Product does not fit you well as expected. You do not like the quality of the product.(Self Shipping required In Such Cases).

We have designed our fitting after extensive research on Indian Body Type for over 5 years. Just in case, if you are facing an issue of fitting, we recommend you to selfship the product back to us for a replacement.

We have 2 ways to return back the product to us.a. You can selfship the product back at the same address as mentioned on the package. One side shipping remains customer's responsibility.b. We offer free reverse pickup facility for size exchange / or reverse pickup charge for product exchange / store credit.

We transfer the store credit immediately after the product is delivered to us or within 3 days from the date of pickup. Size exchange is released within 3 days from the date of reversepickup.
Bank refunds usually take up to 7-12 Days to successfully process it in your account.
