Thank you for shopping with REMATCH, a premier brand by Visagar Textiles Pvt. Ltd. We take pride in delivering premium quality fashion and service. Please review our Return & Refund Policy carefully before initiating a return or refund request.
Return & Exchange Eligibility
- Timeframe: All return or exchange requests must be initiated strictly within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.

Condition of Items:
Items must be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, and in pristine condition with original packaging, invoice, and intact tags.
- Non-Eligible Items: Returns or exchanges are not applicable on:
- Products purchased under special sales or promotional offers (e.g., Black Friday, BOGO, Festive Sales).
- Intimate wear/innerwear items.
- Tampered or Damaged Items: Returns will be denied if:
- Tags are removed or tampered with.
- Product shows signs of wear, damage, discoloration, or misuse.
- Product is not returned in original packaging or without the invoice.
Return Charges & Handling Fee
- A flat Rs. 150 will be deducted as return and handling charge for all accepted returns, regardless of the reason.
- Shipping charges paid at checkout are non-refundable.
- If the return request is due to personal reasons (e.g., changed mind, dislike, or no clear issue) and does not involve a provable defect or size/quality mismatch, only store credit may be issued—solely at the company’s discretion.
Return Inspection & Company Discretion
Once received, all returned products undergo a thorough quality inspection. The following conditions will lead to rejection of refund or exchange:
- Product is worn, washed, damaged, or not in the original condition.
- Tags are missing or tampered.
- Packaging is improper or soiled.
- Customer intention appears malicious or inappropriate, or the reason provided is untrue or unverifiable.
The final decision regarding acceptance of return or refund rests entirely with the company.
No disputes, claims, or chargebacks will be entertained for rejections post-inspection.
Refund Process
For Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:
- Refund (after deductions) will be processed to the Bank account or UPI ID provided during the return process.
- Timeline: 3–4 business days after passing the quality check.
For Prepaid Orders:
- Refund (after deductions) will be processed to the original payment method.
- Timeline: 5–7 business days after the return passes the quality check.
Exchange Process
- Exchanges are only allowed for the same product SKU in a different size.
- Products must be in untouched, unworn, and tag-intact condition.
- Standard shipping & handling charges may apply as per prevailing policy.
Customer Responsibility
All items are thoroughly inspected prior to dispatch. REMATCH will not be responsible for any damage occurring post-delivery due to misuse, negligence, or improper storage by the customer.
