1. Shipping Charges
• Free Delivery: Orders with a final cart value of ₹2,999 or more qualify for free shipping.
• Orders Below ₹2,999: A non-refundable delivery & handling charge of ₹100 will apply.
• Multiple Orders: Different carts/orders cannot be combined after placing the order.
2. Order Processing & Delivery Time
• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
• Standard delivery time is 5-7 business days, depending on your location. Unforeseen delays may occur due to logistics, weather conditions, or government regulations.
3. Tracking Your Order
• Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
• You can track your order on the courier partner’s website.
4. Address Accuracy
• Ensure that the shipping details provided are complete and accurate.
• Rematch is not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect addresses.
5. Failed Deliveries & Reattempts
• If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect information or recipient unavailability, the package will be returned to us.
• Re-delivery charges may apply.
6. Order Cancellations or Modifications
• Orders can be canceled or modified within 12 hours of placement.
